​I offer a free 45 min Personal Training ​session to give you an opportunity to meet me and for you to see if training is something you may want. There is no obligation to commit to hiring me, it's a totally free session that I hope will help you to feel more comfortable at the gym, at the very least!

 

You can take this opportunity to have a chat and ask me any questions you may have about my services. We can discuss your goals and I will give you my recommendations for your training needs, and a few pointers to get you started.
